Our service doesn’t end with installation and final payment. We’re here for the long haul. Our annual service call — $250 a year — covers a service on all equipment we installed, a fresh assessment and a new FoundationScan® report, so changes are caught before more damage can occur. No contract required, though many homeowners lock in three to five years up front and hand that record to the buyer when they sell.
