Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, phone number, city or town, e-mail address, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. When you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how you moved through it. This is aggregate traffic information, not something we tie to your name.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request, schedule and perform your assessment, prepare your estimate, carry out work you hire us for, and follow up about that work — including the annual service visits included with installed equipment. We use analytics data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do the job: service providers that host this site, deliver our e-mail, or manage our scheduling and customer records; our financing partner, if you choose to apply for financing, at which point their own privacy policy also applies to that application; and anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Calls and texts

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on the phone and we will note it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to support the work, the warranty on it, and our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call 931-650-5859 or e-mail info@thedryspace.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
