These terms cover your use of this website and the information on it. The work itself is governed by the written contract you sign — if anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract wins.
Information on this site
We describe common causes and common repairs so homeowners can understand what they are looking at. None of it is a diagnosis of your home. Every property is different, and what yours needs is determined by an on-site inspection and a measured FoundationScan® report — not by a web page.
Free inspections and estimates
Inspections and written estimates are free and carry no obligation, and the report is yours whether you hire us or not. Estimates are based on what is visible and measurable at the time of inspection. If we open up a crawlspace or excavate and find conditions that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will stop, show you, and agree any change in writing before continuing.
Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. We reserve the right to decline work that we do not believe we can perform properly.
Scheduling and access
Scheduling depends on weather, ground conditions and current workload. We will keep you informed if a date moves. You are responsible for providing safe access to the crawlspace, basement or work area, and for telling us about anything buried or concealed on the property that we should know about.
Warranties
Our work is backed by warranties on both materials and labor. The specific coverage, duration and conditions for your project are set out in your contract and warranty documents. Annual service visits are included on equipment we install, with no long term contract required. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from causes outside the scope of the work performed.
Pricing and financing
Prices are given in writing after inspection. Financing is provided by a third-party partner; approval, rate and terms are theirs to set, and rates as low as 0% are available only to applicants who qualify. Their agreement governs any financing you take.
Photographs of work
We take before-and-after photographs to document our work. We may use them to show examples of what we do. We will not identify your address in that material, and if you would rather we did not use photographs from your property at all, tell us and we will not.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to DrySpace. FoundationScan® is used to identify our inspection and reporting process. Please do not copy this material for commercial use without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
