A repair plan is only as good as the measurement behind it
Foundation work is one of the few home repairs where the customer usually can't see the problem, can't verify the diagnosis, and can't easily compare two quotes. That asymmetry is why the category has a reputation problem — and it's the reason we scan every house before we price anything.
The scan produces a measured elevation map of your floors: where the structure sits at elevation, where it has dropped, how far, and in what pattern. A ridge across the middle of the house means something different than a corner that has fallen away, and the report separates them.
You get the same report we do, before price comes up. If two contractors give you different numbers, the scan is what tells you why.

The heat map shows which areas of the floor have dropped and which are still at elevation — so support goes where the load actually needs picking up.
How much has it moved?
Measured, not estimated. That number determines whether you're looking at a floor support job or a foundation pier job.
Is the foundation or the framing at fault?
The pattern tells us. Getting this wrong is the single most expensive mistake in this trade — piers on a framing problem fix nothing.
Is it still moving?
This is what the annual re-scan answers. Comparing this year to last is the only honest way to know whether a repair is holding.

Our service doesn't end with installation and final payment. We're here for the long haul. We'll return each year to run an annual service on all equipment installed in your home.
